Team Silva BJJ Summer Graduation 2013
Another ceremony in the history books. As time goes on, Team Silva grows stronger and stronger. It's great to see Alameda and Hayward students coming together to celebrate a special occasion. Congratulations to all who received stripes and those awarded new belts, all well earned!

CHECKMAT Training with Chris Coldiron in Hayward, CA
Checkmat San Jose's Black Belt Chris Coldiron came by this week to train at Team Silva Hayward for some team training.
Professor Chris' guard passing game is heavily influenced by Checkmat leaders Leo, Rico, and Leandro Vieira. Professor Chris showed us the concepts of the effective Checkmat style passing.
